This page explains what happens to your details when you join the DreamTrain waitlist on dreamtrain.ai. DreamTrain is made by MP LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16437613) with its registered office at 3 Belmont Road, Exeter, England, EX1 2HF. MP LABS LTD is the controller of this information.

What we collect

Your email address, which phone you said you'll use (if you told us), which sign-up form you used and where the link came from (for example a campaign name), and the time you joined.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our host (Render) and network provider (Cloudflare) keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

Only to tell you when you can try DreamTrain, as one of our private testers or when it launches on iOS and Android, and how to get it. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining. We won't sell your email or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it's kept, and for how long

The waitlist is stored with Supabase in its London (UK) region. We keep your email until DreamTrain launches publicly and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or leave the waitlist, at any time: email [email protected]. Every email we send will also have a way to unsubscribe. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
